I have been meaning to reply to your e mail earlier on, but I have had an enormous amount of time wasted going back and forth with E Trade. They were resistant to changing the status of our account, until they weren’t. Then Stocks to Trade didn’t want to recognize the new account to the point that it became necessary to cancel them altogether. Both entities had abundant time and resources to send ridiculous e mails that didn’t really address the underlying issues or move toward any sort of resolution. I only bring them up because your company by contrast was direct and to the point. Your rep explained your services and price structure in accessible detail and the ball was simply in my court. I have had a nightmare experience with CPAs the last couple of years. No communication…
